The Sunfor Aquarius · The Future
"You forgot what joy felt like. This is it."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The sun takes up the whole sky, flowers grow, and the world is clearer than it's been before. The sun burns off the fog of uncertainty and reveals all (unlike the moon which merely shines through the fog). The sun card is based in the hope and joy of the present moment-- you are alive, the sun is shining, and your future awaits.
You have gone to bed one person and woken up a new person. The world around you seems different, the smells are new and the colors are brighter. You are falling in love with your life as you see it in the light of a clear day (perhaps a new love, perhaps seeing an old situation in a new light, start a new hobby that nurtures you)
You are blocked by your own ability to believe that good things are happening for you. Step outside of yourself and look around. Things are looking up!

The Sun for Aquarius in The Future
The Visionary
Sun is a luminary and Aquarius runs on Uranus, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about what comes next through an Aquarius lens, the Sun card says that you feel like the future is vivid and real and twenty years out, something you can see in detail (or build in theory), and the next twenty weeks are a blur you do not know how to hold. This has either made you a visionary others follow, or left you scattered across possibilities with nothing finished. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like a door closing and it mattering, or the next chapter starting without permission. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
