The Sunfor Aquarius · Health and Energy
"You forgot what joy felt like. This is it."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The sun takes up the whole sky, flowers grow, and the world is clearer than it's been before. The sun burns off the fog of uncertainty and reveals all (unlike the moon which merely shines through the fog). The sun card is based in the hope and joy of the present moment-- you are alive, the sun is shining, and your future awaits.
You have gone to bed one person and woken up a new person. The world around you seems different, the smells are new and the colors are brighter. You are falling in love with your life as you see it in the light of a clear day (perhaps a new love, perhaps seeing an old situation in a new light, start a new hobby that nurtures you)
You are blocked by your own ability to believe that good things are happening for you. Step outside of yourself and look around. Things are looking up!

The Sun for Aquarius in Health and Energy
The Visionary
Sun is a luminary and Aquarius runs on Uranus, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Sun card says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like the body making the decision for you, or a genuine reset. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
