Saturn sits outside Cancer's usual Moon register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about health through a Cancer lens, the World card says that you feel like your body holds what you will not say out loud, rest feels like abandonment (or like you are letting people down), and you know something is wrong before any test confirms it. This has either made you chronically tense and dismissive of your own pain, or taught you to listen when your gut tells you to stop.
