Saturn sits outside Cancer's usual Moon register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about relationships through a Cancer lens, the World card says that you feel like a partner is someone whose silences you learn to read, whose needs you sense before they name them, and who you fear will discover you are not actually that intuitive.
