Saturn sits outside Scorpio's usual Pluto register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about relationships through a Scorpio lens, the World card says that you feel like intimacy is something you test by revealing small secrets and watching what gets repeated (or protected), a gamble where the stakes are everything, and the only way to know if someone stays.
