Three of Pentaclesfor Cancer
"Teamwork isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Three figures at work, collaborating to make a great work together. Pentacles represents wealth and the three card represents collaboration. A card about creating a long lasting legacy with others. This card is often associated with the nobility and high class works of artistry
You are working on something truly outstanding with great people. Romantically maybe a new friend is leading you to meet cool new people or you found a new hobby that you are excelling at. Lean into the newness (even if you are intimidated); it will pay off in the end.
You're blocked by a lack of confidence in your own skills. Perhaps your skills have not matched your expectations OR your own brain is getting in your way. Set aside some time to listen to yourself and try to be honest: are you really not at the level you want OR is your own anxiety getting in your way. Breathe into either, neither are a failure on your part.

Three of Pentacles for Cancer
The Nurturer
Cancer is a Water cardinal sign ruled by Moon, whose natural subject is home, roots, family, the private interior. Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Three of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly opposite Cancer, so this card describes the half of the situation Cancer habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Cancer is cardinal: it starts things, and this is a card about starting, so the danger is starting again instead of continuing. Earth and Water feed each other, so this card's logic will feel natural here. Natural is not the same as correct. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
