Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Six of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly opposite Cancer, so this card describes the half of the situation Cancer habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, the recovery is underway with the loss still in the room.
When reading about relationships through a Cancer lens, the Six of Pentacles says that you feel like a partner is someone whose silences you learn to read, whose needs you sense before they name them, and who you fear will discover you are not actually that intuitive. This has either kept you carefully managing the relationship to prevent abandonment, or led you to find someone who does their own emotional work and meets you halfway.
