Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Six of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly opposite Cancer, so this card describes the half of the situation Cancer habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, the recovery is underway with the loss still in the room.
When reading about money through a Cancer lens, the Six of Pentacles says that you feel like money is safety and security you must earn by being indispensable, spending on others proves you are not selfish, and your own comfort feels like taking from someone else. This has either made you spend on everyone but yourself and wonder where it went, or helped you understand that your security matters too.
