Six quick picks first, then your reading
A chariot carries an egyptian across the desert. The chariot is the vehicle that helps us move swiftly into action, we guide the chariot but it takes us on the journey as it sees fit.
Things are moving forward (with or without your input), to guide yourself you need decisive movements and high focus. You must be sure of your footing or the fast movement will unbalance you
You are overwhelmed by the world unfolding around you-- without clear direction you are speeding in an unknown direction

The Chariot for Aquarius in Health and Energy
The Visionary
Mars sits outside Aquarius's usual Uranus register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like the body making the decision for you, or a genuine reset. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
