Mars sits outside Gemini's usual Mercury register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about health through a Gemini lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like your body is a problem to research, something you understand in theory better than practice, and a thing you will address once you find the perfect plan (or once you finally stop waiting). This has either made you knowledgeable and eventually proactive or left you reading about the symptom for months instead of calling the doctor.
