Mars sits outside Virgo's usual Mercury register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about health through a Virgo lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like your body is something to maintain according to plan, a thing you ignore until it stops working, and information you're always half-listening to.
