Mars and Saturn are both demanding planets, so this lands on a sign already used to carrying weight. The risk is treating more pressure as normal rather than as information. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about work through a Capricorn lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like work is where you prove you are worth keeping around, a problem you solve by solving more problems, and the only place that keeps score in a way you trust.
