Major ArcanaCard 7
One of the 22 Major Arcana. They point to the large themes and turning points in a life, not the day to day. When one comes up, the reading is about something bigger than this week.
StageThe outer world
After the Fool, the Major Arcana run in three stages of seven: the outer world (1 to 7), the turn inward (8 to 14) and the return (15 to 21). This one is in the outer world: building a workable self out of will, learning and structure.

The Chariot for Gemini in Work and Career

The Communicator

Mars sits outside Gemini's usual Mercury register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.

When reading about work through a Gemini lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like work is the place you prove you can learn anything fast, a problem to solve before it gets boring, and something you can always trade for the next interesting angle (or stay in if the conversation keeps surprising you). This has either led to real expertise across unexpected domains or to a resume that reads like someone with too many browser tabs open and none of them fully loaded. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Gemini blind spot in it is stillness, silence, the moment when talking stops and you have to feel what you actually feel, the weight of having chosen one thing and not the other.

In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
