The sun burns off the fog of uncertainty and reveals all (unlike the moon which merely shines through the fog). The sun card is based in the hope and joy of the present moment-- you are alive, the sun is shining, and your future awaits.
You have gone to bed one person and woken up a new person. The world around you seems different, the smells are new and the colors are brighter. You are falling in love with your life as you see it in the light of a clear day (perhaps a new love, perhaps seeing an old situation in a new light, start a new hobby that nurtures you)

The Sun for Aries in Health and Energy
The Initiator
Sun is a luminary and Aries runs on Mars, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about health through an Aries lens, the Sun card says that you feel like your body is a project to finish, a warning sign you can think past (or ignore), and something that only matters if it is slowing you down. This has either made you the person who outtrains their doubt and builds real resilience, or left you injured and surprised that your will could not override what was actually broken. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aries blind spot in it is the feeling that nothing you do makes any difference, that you are not the center of the story.
In practice that can look like the body making the decision for you, or a genuine reset. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
