A chariot carries an egyptian across the desert. The chariot is the vehicle that helps us move swiftly into action, we guide the chariot but it takes us on the journey as it sees fit.

Mars rules Aries, so this card is not describing an outside force. It is describing Aries to itself, which is why there is no distance in it. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about relationships through a Aries lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like your person is the spark that tells you that you are alive, the mirror you look in to check if you are still winning (or losing), and something you can set on fire and rebuild constantly. This has either created a partnership where you both move fast and break things together, or left you chasing the feeling of the first three months with person after person. The thing you're not saying out loud is the thing that matters most. The Aries blind spot in it is the feeling that nothing you do makes any difference, that you are not the center of the story.
In practice that can look like a turning point rather than an incident, or meeting someone who changes the shape of it. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
Things are moving forward (with or without your input), to guide yourself you need decisive movements and high focus. You must be sure of your footing or the fast movement will unbalance you.
