Pluto works on a longer clock than Neptune-ruled Pisces is used to. Whatever this is, it will not resolve on Pisces's preferred timeline. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about what comes next through a Pisces lens, the Death says that you feel like the future is vivid and real inside your mind, so real it feels like it's already happening, and taking actual steps toward it feels redundant or risky. This has either kept you dreaming without building, waiting for the dream to arrive on its own, or led to you taking wild action based on a vision that dissolves the moment you need to execute. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Pisces blind spot in it is the moment they have to stop being useful and admit they're drowning.
